The whole staff was absolutely amazing and fantastic. This hotel was set in a central area not far from garden. - A very modern and bright restaurant.

Enjoyed the place, it was terrific and worked for me. The staff were OBLIGING, the location was stunning. It was around 4-6 minutes' walk from Billington downtown. The restaurant was great except for the staff and the restaurant.

Great outdoor spaces like patio or balcony units available here. Perfect location with plenty to do nearby. Just a short walk to appreciate the beauty of Ribble Valley, including the restaurant and expansive fields 🌳. the attention to detail in the surroundings is commendable.

The recent refurbishment was evident. Our room/suite was extremely swish, comfortable and excellent value for money - although I think we were upgraded as the hotel was far from full. The pool and fitness facilities were a bonus.
The hotel lacked atmosphere, perhaps because it was far from full. The bar was open only on request - therefore unused - perhaps because of its limited choice.

The most noticeable impact that the hotel had on me was the size of the rooms. The rooms came with a seperate lounge and tv, as well as the bedroom with tv and the large bathroom. The view from the room was excellent also despite the bad weather! The facilities at the hotel were excellent and there was plenty of carparking.
I was a little disappointed with the booking in procedure by the staff. To be fair, I think a young trainee girl initially began dealing with my booking, which seemed to phase her and took ages for her to find my details and realise I had already booked the rooms with the hotel via the internet. Eventually a more experienced lady took over the procedure and sorted it out quite quickly. On the 2nd day before we went for breakfast, the fire alarm went off. We eventually made our way to the front reception carpark. No one from the staff made any contact with us or informed us what was happening or even checked everyone was out of their rooms. When the fire alarm stopped, no members of staff spoke to us to say it was ok to go back inside. Everyone just did their own thing. It seemed a little disorganised for what could have been a very serious incident. It would have been nice to see somone from the hotel taking charge instead of leaving the guests to themselves.

The delightful surprise, however, was the option for bespoke cocktails crafted by an Artisan mixologist right on-site. Plus, the charming village café, Puddleducks, offered a lovely pit stop for tea and sandwiches, enriching my stay. the menu at Foxfields Country boasts an incredible selection, ensuring you can indulge before enjoying a peaceful evening.
The changing rooms for the pool were very dated and unkempt, lacking basic amenities like locker locks and towels. Not only was the pool freezing, but the sauna and steam room weren’t functional during our visit, which was quite disappointing.

My 1 night in Billington were perfectly pleasant. Its location was nice, close enough to Ribble Valley attention to detail, a new restaurant which looked very good and public transport. It also was in the very drab boring area.

The Suites were very good and the rooms were spacious and able to get to local attractions easily.
The Service for meals could have been better, but Breakfast had a good selection on the menu. The Dinner was adequate.

The size and lay out of our suite was excellent....some of the decor is showing its age but that did not detract from our overall satisfactation. The accommodation was excellent value for money. Although the breakfast was good, with waitress service, I think that a hot buffet bar is often better as long as it is replenished frequently.
